Feedback & Data Collection

Anubandha provides a secure way to collect information directly from your contacts without manual data entry.

• Requesting Information: In any Contact Detail view, tap Request Info. This generates a secure, unique link (e.g., anubandha.org/feedback/...) that you can share via WhatsApp, Email, SMS, or native share sheets.
• Secure IDs: The links use short, secure UUIDs instead of internal database IDs to ensure your data remains private and protected.
• Web Forms: When a contact opens the link, they see a professional web form where they can fill in their details. They have two submit options:
  • Submit to WhatsApp: Generates a formatted text message to send back to you.
  • Show as QR Code: Generates a compact, offline-friendly QR code directly on their screen representing their answers.
• In-Person QR Scanning: Instead of copying and pasting messages, you can tap Scan QR inside the Feedback tab of the Anubandha app to launch the built-in camera scanner.
• Instant Offline Import: Simply scan the QR code directly from the contact's phone screen. The app will instantly decode the data and load the profile changes into the side-by-side comparison preview without needing copy-paste or an active internet connection.
• Direct Text Processing: Alternatively, if the contact sends the response back as a WhatsApp text message, copy the message and paste it into the Feedback tab in the app.
• Side-by-Side Comparison: The app automatically decodes the scanned QR or text, identifies the contact, and shows a comparison of their existing data versus the new form data. You can audit the changes, use the date picker for DOB, or tap an existing value to revert it before saving.
